Log onto Click on the Client Login link in the upper right hand corner of webpage and enter your user name and password. If you don’t have a user name and password, contact OSG Client Relations (201) 871-1100 and one will be provided.
Once you have logged into your Client Area, you will be presented with your ticket history. Clicking on the ticket number will provide you with real-time file status and processing results.
Yes. Click on the Production link in the left hand side of your client area, then choose the Upload File link. You will be prompted to search for the file you want to upload. After it uploads, you will be prompted to enter the processing instructions, expected document count and whether or not you want to include bill inserts or envelope messages if your application allows for it.
